Cheap Eats Guelph (cheapeatsguelph.com) is a free, independent calendar of restaurant deals in Guelph, Ontario. By using this site you agree to the terms below. They are written in plain English so they're easy to read.

1. We're an independent directory

We are not affiliated with the restaurants listed on this site. Restaurants do not pay to be listed and we do not receive commission on any visit, meal, or transaction. Listings are based on publicly available information and submissions from the public.

2. Deals are not guaranteed

Restaurant deals change frequently — sometimes daily. While we try to verify each deal regularly, prices, hours, days, menu items and availability can change at any time without notice. Always call the restaurant before you go to confirm the deal is running. Phone numbers are listed on every deal card for this purpose.

3. No liability for inaccuracies

We make a good-faith effort to keep listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee correctness. Cheap Eats Guelph and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, disappointment, or expense resulting from incorrect, outdated, or missing deal information. Use the site at your own discretion.

4. Restaurant ratings

Star ratings and review counts shown on this site are aggregated from publicly available data on Google Maps. We do not host individual review text. Ratings shown may not reflect the most current numbers — for the latest, click through to Google.

5. Submissions

If you submit a deal through our submission form, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We reserve the right to verify, edit, or decline any submission. We do not pay for submitted deals.

6. Restaurant claim and removal

If you operate a restaurant listed on this site and want to update your listing or have it removed, email us at hello@cheapeatsguelph.com. We process requests within 48 hours during business days.

7. Intellectual property

The Cheap Eats Guelph name, logo, design, and original content are property of the site operators. Restaurant names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you agree to it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives at this URL with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
